Regular Priced Merchandise

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Merchandise not on sale must be received by us within 7 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full REFUND less shipping.

If you received free shipping and your return(s) brings the total of the initial purchase below $59.00, the appropriate shipping charge will be deducted from your return.

You have up to 14 days from receipt of merchandise for us to receive your return for STORE CREDIT. After 14 days, we will not accept any merchandise for return. Should we receive any return merchandise after this 14 day period, these items will be available for pickup at 416 - 418 Central Avenue, Cedarhurst, NY 11516 for 30 days.

 

Sale Merchandise

Items purchased on sale at ANY DISCOUNT that is MORE THAN 20% OFF are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Items purchased on sale at less than  20% off may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. These items must returned and received by us within 7 days of order receipt. Please include your receipt in your package.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please follow the return instructions above and return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

 

Exchanges and Web Returns In-Store

Items purchased online must be returned via MAIL ONLY and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

 

Store Pick Up

All merchandise received through our online Store Pickup option are subject to our REGULAR store policy as detailed below:

We offer a full refund on unworn, unopened legwear items ONLY within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, all legwear is FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Items MUST be in new condition. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

All other items (with the exception of jewelry) are subject to a 7 day in-store EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT for future use. After 7 days from the date of your purchase, no item will be accepted for exchange or credit.

Jewelry purchases may be EXCHANGED for new merchandise or STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no jewelry will be accepted for exchange or credit.

All items eligible for RETURN, EXCHANGE, or STORE CREDIT must have all tags intact. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

 

Pre-Order

We want you to have first dibs on new merchandise! PRE-ORDER items will list an expected shipping/release date. If you pre-order an item, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. We will ship the item(s) to you on the actual availability date. Therefore, your total time for delivery would be:

Total Time for Delivery = Time Until Availability Date + Delivery Time Frame (based on the shipping method chosen during your checkout process)

Availability dates are supplied by the manufacturer or distributor of the product(s) and are subject to change without notice. Should we learn about any extensive changes to the availability date, we will update you via email. At that time, if you do not wish to wait for a delay, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item has not entered the shipping process in our warehouse. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.

Orders which contain BOTH in-stock merchandise AND pre-order item(s) will be held until ALL item(s) are ready to ship. Should you need to split your shipment, please contact us at support@tiptoeboutique.com. (Additional shipping charges may apply.)
