Shipping & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

 

Regular Priced Merchandise

Merchandise not on sale must be received by us within 7 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full REFUND less shipping.

If you received free shipping and your return(s) brings the total of the initial purchase below $59.00, the appropriate shipping charge will be deducted from your return.

You have up to 14 days from receipt of merchandise for us to receive your return for STORE CREDIT. After 14 days, we will not accept any merchandise for return. Should we receive any return merchandise after this 14 day period, these items will be available for pickup at 416 - 418 Central Avenue, Cedarhurst, NY 11516 for 30 days.

 

Hair Accessories

You have up to 7 days from receipt of merchandise for us to receive your return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. After 7 days, we will not accept any merchandise for store credit. Please be sure to ship your return package within 2-3 days of receiving your order.

 

Pre-Sale

We want you to have first dibs on new merchandise! Merchandise purchased as Pre-Sale must be received by us within 7 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for STORE CREDIT ONLY less shipping. If you received free shipping and your return(s) brings the total of the initial purchase below $59.00, the appropriate shipping charge will be deducted from your return.

Orders which contain BOTH in-stock merchandise AND pre-order item(s) will be shipped as available.

 

Sale Merchandise

Items purchased on sale at ANY DISCOUNT are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, please follow the return instructions above and return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Store Pick Up

All merchandise received through our online Store Pickup option are subject to our **REGULAR store policy as detailed below:

 

**We offer a full refund on unworn, unopened legwear items ONLY within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, all legwear is FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Items MUST be in new condition. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

All other items are subject to a 7 day in-store EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT for future use. After 7 days from the date of your purchase, no item will be accepted for exchange or credit.

All items eligible for RETURN, EXCHANGE, or STORE CREDIT must have all tags intact. All sale items are FINAL SALE. All Pre-Sale items are STORE CREDIT ONLY.
